....I Need A Break....

I enjoy using Wednesdays to talk about the things I love but I'm not doing that today. Today, I just wanted to talk to you, my amazing friends, and say that as much as I love blogging, I need a little break from it.

When I first started blogging it was so easy. I had a few followers and a few friends that I religiously followed. It was fun. I hardly missed a friend’s post. And I made a blog post at least 4-5 times a week.

That has changed; I now have a lot of friends that I religiously follow. So when I get on here to blog, I begin to feel a little overwhelmed and then kinda sad that I didn’t visit a friend’s blog. And well, it has gotten a bit much.

I want to keep up with all of you but it has gotten harder and then it makes me not want to blog. I love blogging but I also love living. I don’t want blogging to take up the amount of time that it has taken.

If you have followed from the beginning you know that I use to blog a lot more religiously. Now it is almost as though I am trying to avoid it that way I don’t feel horrible about not visiting your blog or commenting on it when I see that you took the time to visit and comment on mine.

So I have decided that I need to take a little break. Maybe it will be for a few days, some weeks or a month. Who really knows? But I don’t enjoy feeling overwhelmed when blogging was so much fun. It is suppose to be fun, right?

So lovelies as much as I am going to miss stalking your lives, I believe this is the best decision right now. I just need to figure out how to keep this blogging thing in my life without feeling that it has completely taken me over.

Don’t miss us too much ;)

....Weekend Fun♥....

Before I begin my long weekend recap I think it is best to warn you that this post is incredibly picture heavy. Seriously, I'm exhausted after this post and need to go to bed. Talk about serious dedication or plain craziness. Although crazy has never been plain. Any who, moving right along.

Thursday

I took a half day on Thursday that way the fun could begin earlier. We dropped Izabella off at my in-laws and we were off to Turning Stone to stay for the night. We went with Sean’s work partner and his wife and we had a great time. And I finally won some mula. $400 bucks and change to be exact!

I have this good luck charm. It seems that every time I play at this dealer's table I win something. Well this time it was a bit crazy. My game of choice is roulette. For some reason, every single number I played, hit. It was insane.
After 3 hours of playing at the same table I decided to walk away because my good luck charm had his dinner break {how dare he!} and the person who was relieving him was not helping my good luck streak.

Here are a ton of pictures:

{I had the Snooki bump going on & I kinda liked it}

{The only time I've had luck at the slots was when I celebrated my 22nd birthday in Vegas}

{Babe is not use to not winning, haha}

Friday

We got back home from Turning Stone in the afternoon. The plan was to nap a bit as I had plans to go to my girlfriend’s birthday celebration. But Sean got sick. So being the great wife I am, I stayed home with him and nursed him back to health. So instead of a night out we watched movies. Well, I watched movies; he could barely keep his eyes open. We watched "The Craigslist Killer" and some other movie that I cannot remember right now. "The Craigslist Killer" made my skin crawl because I know it is based on a true story and it just had me feeling pretty sick to my stomach.

Saturday

I woke up early to get some cleaning done as my sisters were coming for the night for Priscilla’s birthday celebration. We had so much fun together as we always do. Non-stop laughing, teasing and just ridiculous moments because who else understands all the corny jokes and has as many inside jokes as your siblings! We went to my our favorite Mexican spot and then we saw 21 Jump Street! OK, we LOVED it! So, so, SO funny! Seriously, my insides hurt, I laughed so hard. I have to go again with Sean because I know he would love it. If you haven’t seen it, go … I mean run to your nearest theater. So freaking funny!

We had our normal photo shoot because that’s how we do.

{Birthday girl!}

Sunday

We woke up early to head to church. It was so much fun to get ready for church with my sisters. Felt like the good old days. We had an amazing sermon. It is incredible how the story of Christ’s resurrection brings tears to my eyes.

After church, we went back to my house and I made Easter dinner.

{My yummy Easter dinner}

Oh and there are hardly any pictures of Sean in this PICTURE FULL post. Well, let’s just say that he was not feeling his best so he did not want to be in any pictures. I didn’t even beg him after he declined the first time because I had my sisters. Yay for sisters! Who needs husbands when you have sisters who love the camera as much as you do!

Any who, hope you all had incredible weekends as well! And here’s hoping that this week flies right on to Friday! Xoxoxo.

What I'm Loving Wednesday

I’m loving that I have a four day week!

I’m loving that Easter is this weekend! Nothing better than celebrating Jesus’ resurrection!

I’m loving all the plans I have this weekend. Birthdays to celebrate and sister time!

I’m loving that I will be seeing 21 Jump Street on Saturday. I’ve heard that it is hilarious.

I’m loving that the weather is getting warmer again. Although it isn’t exactly 60 degrees yet, it isn’t 20 degrees either.

I’m loving my amazing husband who advised me that he will be cleaning the bathroom and picking up all the dog poop in the backyard today. {#Besthubsaward}

{He better or he will get #lamehubsaward}

I’m loving all of you. You all really know how to make this gal feel good!

What are you loving?

Weekend Fun

I have been a bit MIA lately on this here blog. I can’t believe that my last post was on Wednesday. Yeah, blogging is definitely taking the backseat.

Last weekend, hubs and I attended a wedding at our reception site. It was so much fun! It was interesting to walk in and see everything different from what we did. The flowers, the DJ, the décor and even the amounts of food we had. We maybe went a tad bit overboard with the amount of food/desert we fed our guests.

It was funny too because a lot of our guests were at this wedding too and many kept asking us how it felt. Well, it felt goooood! I am thrilled to be married to Sean and it was incredible to get all those feelings again, even though it wasn’t us doing the first dance.

Ok, here are a ton of pictures, because you know how I do.

{I painted my nails coral before the wedding. I got it at CVS for .80!}

{I received so many compliments on my $4.93 necklace that I got at Francesa’s for those of you who have asked}

{In the car on our way to the wedding}

{The New Mr. & Mrs - I didn't take any pictures during the ceremony because I was busy wiping my eyes. This was the first wedding ceremony I shed a tear at!}

{Cake and centerpieces}

{The flowers were removed shortly after}

{First dance}

{My delicious dinner}

{I think know I gained some weight with the amount of chocolate-dipped oreos I consumed}

{I wasn't the only one, look at hubs fingers}

{She gave birth to her son a few months ago. Look at how amazing she looks!}

{End of the night. I had such a great time & enjoyed rocking an afro!}

Hope you all are are having a great week so far! Xoxoxo
