My mother and Sean's mother's birthday are two days apart. I remember when we first found out we stared at each other in shock. I guess this was just a little tidbit I wanted to share. When Sean asked his mom what she was doing for her birthday weekend she said that she’d like to visit us. Sean’s parents just love visiting us and I think it has something to do with that casino, ha.
They arrived on Saturday and within minutes they were out the door to, you guess it, the casino. Sean’s niece, Nadiyah, came as well and we had a girl’s day of manis, pedis and shopping for some summer clothes. We had a blast and I really enjoy building a relationship with her. She is really such a cool kid!

When we got home, Sean was already grilling dinner.
No one was a big winner but they advised that they had a blast.
After dinner, we went to Rita's Italian Ice for desert and then Sean did fireworks and it was fun and frightening at the same time. I wish I had taken pictures but instead I watched from inside while he did fireworks off our deck. They were going every which direction and well, I don’t trust that the sparks won’t burn my skin right off.
It was such a great weekend and when I say that 2019 has been the year for family, I mean it. And I love it.
Family time is the best! And she is so adorable, yet getting so tall!

What is it about casinos that people like? I've been a few times and couldn't get into it- but i really wanted to keep my money LOL.

Fireworks scare me too, when they're lit off too close! I'm glad you all had an amazing time.
Hahaha, don't get me wrong, I like casinos just not as much as Sean's parents. I think they can be such a fun time but some people just overdo it which turns me off.
