Miami - Part 4

We woke up. Excited to start our day with some delicious breakfast and then spend the rest of the day at the beach. You know, all the awesome plans we made when we walked back to our hotel from dancing. The thing is that when you're on vacation you don't check the weather because the weather is going to be perfect. I mean seriously, the weather knows I'm on vacation.

Well, Mother Nature is a witch because this is what greeted us that morning. Awesome.

I had to go back and get an umbrella & try out a new hair style. I didn't want to look or smell like a wet dog. We were still going to enjoy our day. We were on vacation regardless of what Mother Nature thought.

We needed to eat so we found a cute restaurant and had delicious breakfast.

I am only smiling because our delicious food was finally on our table.

While we ate we took great humor in those outside. People watching is a sport.

We were finally done eating so we decided it was time to enjoy the day.

They are all over Miami. Hubby was in car heaven.

Do you see the wind yet?

We decided we deserved some delicious drinks.

After our deliciious drinks, I tried attempting to walk on the beach to get to our hotel room. Well, the wind was so strong that the sand began to beat my legs up. Seriously felt like needles were poking me in my legs. It was horrible and tears began to stream down my face. All of that to say, that we ended up walking on the boardwalk instead.

Since the weather was getting crappier by the second we ended up renting a movie from Redbox and spending the rest of the day in our hotel room. That was a first. Too bad my plans for the beach all day were shot but that didn't mean that Sean would miss the Rugby World Cup. No siree.
