Hubs has wanted to get into real estate for the longest time.

Well the dream has finally come true and we are now proud owners of an investment property.

Now hubs has no choice but to become a handyman. I'll just pick out the paint.

    Mr. A wants to own real estate at some point, too, since both of his parents do. I told him HELL TO THE NO because I am not dealing with that. I'm interested to see how this works out for you!
