Mini Vacation Recap

Wednesday afternoon, we left for Atlantic City for our mini vacation. It was exactly what we needed. We had the best time and my only wish is that the trip was longer.

{The first night we were going to go dancing but then at the last minute we decided we just did not have the energy. So we walked around the casino, did a little gambling and just enjoyed each other's company. It was a fun night!}

The next day we hit up the pool and then the beach. The weather was absolute perfection. The beach was crowded! It made for a really fun day.















When you shop and eat at the same time, the calories don't count.



Everytime we go to Atlantic City we eat at Sammy's Beach Bar. I had their Baja Shrimp Tacos which was delicious!






We also made sure to walk the boardwalk.





I had to stop at Rita's as it was so warm. It was cotton candy flavored, yum!


On our last night, we visited other casinos on the strip. We checked out Wild Wild West which is hubs favorite. Unfortunately half of it is under construction but it was still a fun night. I could have taken five more days of this. Until next time.

Oh and while I was uploading these pictures it hit me that I never recapped our March vacation to Orlando. How in the world did I forget? OK, I did not forget. I just took way too many pictures that I was a bit overwhelmed to recap. But I really want to recap it. So to make it less overwhelming I'll just recap in pieces. So get ready for tons of pictures for that trip within the next few months.
