Weekend.

I was suppose to go to the city to see my sister this weekend but because my cough decided not to disappear the trip was cancelled. I couldn't risk getting my niece sick. Let's just say that I was completely bummed. The only thing that makes it better is knowing that when I visit in a few weeks the weather will be so much nicer.

On Friday, I decided I wanted to take a few pictures during my walk so Sean came along.

He didn't know I took this picture. I'm so sneaky.

Friday evening, I went to Sean's hometown to have dinner with his sisters. I wasn't going to be able to go along at first since I was suppose to go to the city. We went to Applebees. I had my favorite white peach sangria and we had a great time. After we went to a lounge called Lounge and they had the best band. It was a really fun night.

Sometimes I ask Sean to take pictures and when I see them I just tell him I wish I could take pictures of myself. He must have taken it to heart because the post I'll share tomorrow you'll see just what a nice job he did. At least I think he did :).

One of my favorite snacks is Moose Munch by Harry & David. It is a bit pricey so I don't buy it as often as I would like since I tend to eat it all in one sitting. My best friend bought me this as a Christmas gift last year and I haven't wanted to use it since it seems like more of a fall scent. Sean decided to light it up and OMG! It is the best smelling candle. I don't care what season this candle might be, I'm using it.

The rest of the weekend was very relaxing. Laundry, dishes, cleaning, cooking, walks with the dog since the weather was nice! I'm looking forward to the week.

I hope you all had a great weekend! Cheers to a great week! ♥

Love your outfit, too! Those peach/pink (??) pants and necklace are so fun! I might need to take a trip to F21.

Oh no! Hope you are feeling back to normal.

I TOTALLY agree with being able to take your own picture. After Derek takes a picture, I will look at it and my eyes will be closed or my mouth will be open from talking and I'm like, do you think this is an acceptable picture. Lol!

Love your outfit!!

Hope you are feeling better! Those pictures of the snow are gorgeous. But I'm ready for the snow to melt and spring to arrive :)

Faith, as far as candles go, I have a big weakness for pumpkin, maple, autumn/Christmas scents. I can't really do Spring florals. They just are not me. So don't worry about your Moose Munch. I'm sure it smells incredible!

you look so cute!! and i don't get into spring floral scents AT ALL. im a fruity kind of girl all year round.

Really great job on getting these photos of Sean while he wasn't looking Faith, you've done absolutely brilliant there. Sorry to hear that you didn't get to see your sister but I think you were right to stay at home, the visit in a few weeks time will be all the more better as well.

Looks like another great weekend! I love that outfit you are wearing, the pink pants an black leather jacket. I think that may be one of my favorite outfits you have ever worn! You look beautiful! And I am the same way sometimes when G takes my picture, I just wish I could take it myself lol. I am so picky about pictures though!

Sorry your couch decided to hang on, but it looks like you definitely still had a fun weekend! All of that food and drink looks delicious and is making me hungry.

I absolutely adore those coral pants!!! I think I picked up that cough...normally I'd be begging for snow (which of course we can't even get down here) but this is one time I'm grateful that it's not freezing cold anymore.

Looks like you guys had a good time and I'm pretty sure Sean's gonna be taking secret photos to improve when you're not around. The honey did it to me! :)

you look fantastic! I love your outfit. Sorry you couldn't see your niece. IDK what in the world is happening because this past week Dom got a major ear infection and a bad cough and I managed to get a horrible sore throat. BLAH.

Glad the weekend wasn't a total bust, and you got to hang out with Sean and his fam. I've never ordered anything I really enjoyed at Applebees so I always end up just getting appetizers, HA.

Your candle made me hungry. Ok, and so did your actual food/drinks above. ;)

Man, I am seriously craving sangra/magaritas lately. And chips. With salsa. And queso.

I need help.

I've never been to Harry & David! I drive by it but never went *in*!
Might need to change that ;)

I am obsessing over Bath and Body's marshmallow fireside candle. I light that all year round :)

Although, I did stumble across whipped cream + pear candle at Antro and it is HEAVENLY! I just can't see spending $18 on it. LOL! I will one day, I'm sure.

Your photographs are just getting better and better!

How ARE Forever 21 pants? I want a pair of colored pants so bad. (I have a few but want more LOL!) But I just assume F21 won't fit right. May need to stop in and try some on :D

I love love love me some Moose Munch!!! And I would love that candle just as much as I love the real thing. Since we moved to TX I haven't seen Moose Munch anywhere. :( Back in my hometown (where we lived before we moved to TX, I would visit the Harry & David store AND I could find the popcorn at Target. No luck at the Targets here.)
I think I just got sad all over again.

Sean looks so suave in that first pic! Um you look GORGEOUS in that outfit with the pink pants and jacket! So well put together! And you are getting some great pics in restaurants... you used the dslr right? I still have yet to take mine in a restaurant. I'm scared about it lol. I get nervous enough about whipping out the camera phone to take pics. But I'm anxious to try it soon to play around with the iso, aperture, etc to work around restaurant lighting.
