Catching Fire

Friday evening, Sean and I went to see Catching Fire with all the tweens and teenagers of America. I thought it was appropriate that I wear my red jeans. No seriously, I purposely wore my red jeans because of the word fire. Such a dork. Do you want to know what I thought about the movie? I LOVED IT! It was SO good to me (and Sean) that I won't be surprised if I decide to watch it in the theaters a couple more times, you know, the same way I did when Hunger Games came out. Oh and Jennifer Lawrence if you're reading this, would you like to be my BFF?

On Friday, it was so nice out. Mid 60s which is the reason for the no jacket! I was stoked but then Mother Nature decided to gift us with extremely frigid temperatures yesterday and a little bit of snow yesterday evening. Brrr.

And I'm thinking that the big smiles in these pictures is because Colleen was coming to visit me the very next day. Nah, no thinking, I'm pretty sure of it. It was so good to see her and when she left today a little tear fell down my face but I would never tell her.

We went to see Catching Fire on Thursday night! I promised to take my niece to the premiere. But I was just as excited since I read (and LOVED) the books. I may or may not have dressed up as Katniss (totally did) - so your red pants were definitely a good idea ;)

You're so cute! I didn't even think to wear red because of the name! UGH!

I thought I was such a dork because I absolutely had to see it on opening day. Wooo I'm not alone :D I thought it was good too but it wasn't as action packed as the first but I can't wait for the other two...maybe three! Heard the author's writing a prequel. Woot!

Love the Hunger Games series, and the first movie was awesome! I cannot wait until we can (find a baby sitter and) go see the movie.
I equally love the fact that you wore red pants in honor of the title. :)

Cute! Love the red for fire :) LOL. I tried to drag Adrian to go see that this weekend, but He is not very good in movie theaters, he always falls asleep! No, seriously! I guess I'll have to grab a girlfriend and catch it!

HAHA, I dress in theme of what I am doing as well :X. I love the red pants.

I never even watched the Hunger Games (or read the book). A girl at work gave me a very long winded version of what its all about. Guess I should watch it on Netflix.

I'm glad you had a wonderful time <3

Love the outfit. So cute & I love that you coordinated with the movie. I love Jennifer's new haircut. She is so pretty.
Logan has to know ~ are there throw up scenes? He hates anything that has to do with throw up so he's a little nervous to see! HA! That is his one big fear!

We saw The Delivery Man this weekend and I loved it! I didn't see the first Hunger Games (I may read the book since I have it but have yet to crack it open.) So glad you had wonderful weather before the snow, it was the same in my area xo

I cannot wait to see that movie!! Well, I guess I can because I have a feeling it will be DVD...unless I find some girls to go with me. Loving the red jeans. I finally got brave enough for those but I am still not brave enough for over the knee boots! Plus, I'm out of shopping money.

The red jeans were totally appropriate for the occasion :) I love your outfit - you always looks so great! Unfortunately for me- I have a hard time find boots that go over my calves.
