Christmas In Our Abode

We have this vase out all year round. I never put it away. I put red snowflake votives to make it look a lil more Christmasy (aware that, that is not a word, thanks).

We don't have a fireplace to hang our stockings so we do the next best thing. The stocking in the middle is for Fella. We will fill it with tons of treats and catnip. That catnip makes him crazy but since it's so funny to watch we don't stop buying it.

Doesn't it look like it says, "Deck the balls"??? I think so. It was filled with holiday candy.

The gifts are salt and pepper shakers.

We have something (not a wreath, something Sean bought last year that I have no idea what it is called) hanging on our front door that I forgot to take a picture of. But to be honest it is so darn cold right now that I just can't take a picture. I have no desire to leave my warm spot right now.

This really is the best time of the year!

My Christmas tree post will be following this one soon!

You make me wanna run and buy a Christmas tree and all that come with it.

We've never decorated our place with such adorable Christmas items. I really, really hope to host a Christmas going away part but still I'll not go close to your lovely decoration ;)!

Maybe once in Canada I will try to be Christmas decorator like you.

Happy holidays! Auguri di buone feste!

Very cute! Especially fella's stocking... cats are important this time of year, too! I bought diego a catnip toy the other day, and I have to keep it hid up high until Christmas - he keeps sniffing it out!

The salt and pepper shakers and spoon rest are too cute, and I love your nativity scene :) The painting above it is nice, too! :)

Looking forward to seeing the tree! Have a great weekend, hun!

Love the Christmas decor! Decorating for Christmas is like giving your house a makeover. It's sooo much fun, except when you have to take it all down...that's sad! :)
