Happy Tuesday!

I don't think I told y'all but I must have pulled something at the gym early last week and was limping around like an old man. It was not cute. I still went to the gym but I walked on the treadmill like a freaking snail. I can finally walk without feeling like I've aged overnight. Horray for small victories!

I'm hoping that this week flies by because I'll have a 3 day weekend! Thank you Martin Luther King, Jr; not just for my 3 day weekend but because I get to be with my main man. Alrighty, I do that sometimes. You know, get off track. Sorry.

Let's get to the reason you're viewing this post in the first place.

Saturday night, Sean and I went out to our favorite Mexican Restaurant with his new work partner and his girl friend. It was my first time meeting them so I had to be on my best behavior which meant not taking pictures of my food, drinks, Sean and myself. Sean was thrilled. Me? Not so much.

I did snap these two pictures while we walked from our car to the restaurant.

I had a great time and I was thrilled to find that I had so much in common with Sean's partner's girlfriend. We talked as if we had known each other for years. Yay for a new friend in 2013!

Yesterday, I thought up an outfit. In my head it worked, so I wore it. Out in public. Mom, I promise I ironed my shirt before I wore it.

And today I'm wearing all black, minus my shoes. Dangerous yesterday, safe today ;).
