It's A Wrap

Last weekend was my last weekend living in Albany, unless of course we move back, but I highly doubt it since Sean loves PA at this moment. They say things change because if anyone told me 3 months ago that we’ll be moving to another state I wouldn’t have believed them. That’s life; full of the unexpected.

On Friday, we went to our nephew’s football game. They won which was awesome especially since it wasn’t a home game. It felt something like Friday Night Lights, ha.

After the game, Sean took Lucas (best friend) out for his birthday. Lucas chose Applebees which made me happy since I love their white peach Sangria. I think Lucas chose Applebees because he is obsessed with Quickdraw.

On Saturday, we met up with our agent who will be finding the tenants to rent our house. She took pictures and I won’t lie and say that I didn’t feel a bit of sadness. I just can’t believe this is it. This is it.

Sean was in the mood for Chinese food all day so when he recommended PF Changs for dinner, I was slightly surprised since if you can remember Sean did not enjoy the place the last time we went. He said that it did not taste like real Chinese food. Of course he did not believe that when I told him so I showed him my blog post for proof. Ha, see? This journal of sorts is completely worth it. He remembered after I showed him the post.

This time around he was all about PF Changs. We tried the chicken lettuce wraps and they were incredible. Sean was so impressed with it that on Sunday he said he was in the mood for the chicken lettuce wraps again. We did not get them, Sunday is detox day.

This morning, Sean packed up the car with a few things and Fella. I can only imagine the amount of crying going on his car right now. I’m thinking that Slayer is on full blast right now and I can’t blame him.

Oh and I tried McDonald's blueberry pomegrante over the weekend and it was delicious!

I hope that you all had wonderful weekends and that you have great weeks! xoxo ♥

Psh yeah right! : ) When we moved to CO I took both cats with me in my Tahoe and let me tell ya, I was about ready to throw them out the window after that 11 hour drive! I have actually never eaten at a PF Changs but now I definitely want to, the food looks delicious! Good luck with the move/getting adjusted!

  31. White peach Sangria?! I have to try that this weekend. And yes, that pomegranate smoothie from McDonald's has to be their best one yet, imo.

I'm sure it's going to take some time, but you'll get adjusted to your new environment and I'm sure you'll also begin to love it.

  33. Hope you have a smooth transition and move, pretty lady!! I reeeeeeally think you need to work for a food mag. You take the most amazing pictures of food and make me starving everytime I visit your page. Or a fashion mag....or both!

  34. Awe! I understand exactly how you feel! I wish we would've rented our house out instead of selling it in case we wanted to move back. Everything happens for a reason though.
We love going to high school football games here and then following the player's that get scholarships, especially since football is a big deal here.
Gonna have to try that peach sangria soon!
