#yesimwearingthis

And I promise that will be my last political post until 2016, haha. I’ll say that I am so impressed with the comments that were left. They were completely classy which I totally expected from my blog friends. I got way more views than I got comments so that means to me, that many people did read and did not agree, but refrained from leaving mean comments and to that I say thank you. Thank you for leaving my space on the Internet classy.

Now let's get to fun stuff. Like clothes. And how I went to Target yesterday and felt like I had gone to Christmas heaven. Or how I can't believe Thanksgiving is in two weeks. Or how that means that Black Friday is just two weeks and one day away. I feel like singing all sorts of jolly songs, don't you?

Now to the title of this post:

A couple of weeks ago, I shared my outfits of the week and received amazing feedback. It actually isn’t good for my head because it is getting big and swollen. I use to blame my hair for the fact that my hats don’t fit well but I think it is because of you guys and your compliments.

While responding to emails on that post Chrissy said that she loved these types of posts. And I replied saying that I wish everyone would share because I love to see what my blog friends are wearing. Then she suggested that I come up with a hashtag and get others to also share what they are wearing on Instagram.

What a brilliant idea!

After a few back and forths on hashtag ideas it was decided that #yesimwearingthis was the best one since it had the least hashtags and is kinda like saying, “Yeah, I’m wearing this. What about it?”

{Sweater: JC Penny's - Tank: Wet Seal - Boots: Nine West}

{Top: Express - Jeans: Target - Boots: Steve Madden - Necklace: Forever 21}

{Sweater: H&M - Tank: Old Navy - Necklace and Leggings: Forever 21 - Boots: JC Pennys}

So if you are on Instagram and will like to join us and share what you’re wearing I will be thrilled.

If you are not on Instagram and will still like to share then you can join us with a blog post since most likely I will get on my blog and share anyway. Leave a comment for me to check out what you’re wearing and I’ll be on my merry way to your blog!

I’ll start Tuesday morning and we can make it a Tuesday thing where you share your #yesimwearingthis pictures on your blog or Instagram.

I love the boots and that necklace is so cool Faith. The hashtag is great as well although you always dress immaculately in my opinion. I'm glad that nobody was rude about your political opinions though, like I said in my last post people should have respect and not hate somebody because of their skin colour.

I busted out loud at the hat comment. You're crazy.

I love all your outfit posts. I'll totally use the hashtag when I post outfit pics. :)

I like that ... although I'm wearing nothing but sweats and yoga pants right now because of my back. Maybe I'll just IG all my yoga pants? haha

(and I didn't comment yesterday because I was in a funk because yes, I am a Republican ... but I did read your post and I thought it was well written and you made your points very well.)

I love this idea! I don't consider myself to be fashionable at all but every now and then I wear an outfit that feels totally outfit of the day blog post worthy...and yet I never post it. This might give me that push.

Side note: I still don't get the whole hash tag thing!! But I'll figure it out.

We should do a challenge whereby you come over and help me dress myself. lol. The other day I walked out in plaid pj pants and a hoodie with up-chucked sweat potatoes on it (didn't know that part until it was too late). Anywho... help!!
