Baby showers & reunions.

Between my girlfriends in college and my girlfriends in Albany, I am 1 in 3 that has not yet had a baby.

Want to know the total number? 11, the number is 11.

It might not seem like a large number but it is to me and it's getting rather interesting when I see my girlfriends and they're holding babies; being mothers. Like when the baby cries they're able to soothe them quiet, it's just mind blowing! ;)

Yeah, this post might seem somewhat random but it's not necessarily as these are the thoughts that ran through my mind when I uploaded yet another girlfriend's baby shower pictures.

I attended a baby shower for one of my girlfriends last weekend and it was fun. I got food, played games, was able to oooh and aaah over tiny, pink baby clothes and see Norina, Colleen and Nicole that weekend. Major bonus.

- When we arrived at the shower each guest were advised to cut yarn that equaled the measurement of her pregnant belly. It was so much fun because so many of us were way off (including me!) but her mom was right on the money. I'm talking exact!

It was also so nice to catch up with Nicole and meet her son for the first time. Talk about a good baby!
He was so quiet, smiled so much (except when he saw my camera pointed at him) and was just so cute. And his eyes just got me!

After the baby shower, Sean and I headed over to see Colleen and Eric for a couple of hours. I was sad when I arrived because baby Joey was sleeping but being able to see his sweet, sleeping, baby face almost made up for it.

It does something grand to my heart to be able to see my best friend in person. I miss her so much and when I see her I feel like a little kid all over again. We talk and talk and it's so hard to shut us up (not that you'll want to!) because we're basically making up for lost time. By the end of our visit we made plans to visit again and let's just say that next month can't get here fast enough! Oh and I hope the next time around I'll remember to take pictures.

I hope you are all having wonderful weekends! ♥

The decor of th shower is so detailed and made to perfection. I think you should think about doing photography as a job, because you take the best pictures at these events.

This looks like another beautiful shower! I feel like everyone around me is having kids now, too. I'm one of the few who has yet to have a baby.

Another fab family party!!! I lost count of how many of my friends have had babies. I am also just about the only one left too.

This looks like such a great party. Makes me want a baby shower now. Faith, once you hit 30 all your girlfriends will just start popping babies everywhere it's crazy. I am excited for when you and Sean will decide to have babies too, would love following along that journey.
