Good Morning y'all! So yeah ... I’m
a bit late but I’ve recapped Thanksgiving on this blog since 2010 so I can't stop now. The thing is that there’s not much to recap because well, it’s Thanksgiving. What does one do on Thanksgiving? We cooked a ton, we laughed a lot, we played some games, we danced to music, we sang some songs, we gave thanks, we stuffed our faces. Yup, that about sums it up. Not any different from the years before it but I'm documenting it for memory purposes. If there's one thing I really love about my blog is being able to go so many years back and see what life was like.
I didn’t really go crazy with picture taking this year but of course there are food pictures because food will always be my favorite thing to photograph. I hope you all had a wonderful time celebrating and surrounded with those you love.
Oh yeah, who else can't believe that it's December? Practically mid December! I feel like I blinked and bam, year over.
Beautiful pictures as always! So glad you had a great Thanksgiving and now you have me looking forward to Christmas dinner. Sierra Beautifully Candid
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! I'm so looking forward to Christmas dinner! :) I hope you're having a great week!
DeleteYour dad seems so happy; and that makes me happy.
ReplyDeleteHappy Everything!
Aww, thank you. He really is a happy person and you can see that happiness really does something for the soul. Happy Everything to you too :)
DeleteNice spread! looks like you had a fabulous time with family, food and lots of fun!
ReplyDeleteIt was delicious! I think our best spread to date! We did, I love spending time with family :)
DeleteI adore your family photos. <3 LOL @ your sister giving her son a "piggy nose" for the photo.
ReplyDeleteThe food looks delicious (ALWAYS does!), and that's okay if there isn't a lot to share for holiday get togethers. Sometimes just snapping photos and watching the kids get older (and I guess the adults age? lol) it'll be fun to look back on.
Hahaha, he refused to smile so she gave it to him.
DeleteIt was sooo good! And I agree. I like to see my nieces and nephews growing with each year. It's really neat to look back on.
