The next day was another pool, pina colada filled day. Seriously, why can't we go on vacation every month? Is that too much to ask?
After the pool, we headed to the Stratosphere for Sean to live on the risky side. You couldn't pay me to do these rides. I freak out just thinking about it. But Mr. Sean L.O.V.E.S them. He even tricked his step-dad into doing it by telling him that it wasn't scary. Poor man was scared when he touched land. I'm not going to lie, I couldn't stop laughing.
He was so collected after that ride.
The view of Vegas from the Stratosphere.
Then I met Michael Jackson. I may or may not have busted a sweet move. Too bad Sean didn't capture a picture for your viewing pleasure.
That night we went out to dinner at Sushi Roku. It was delicious.
The restaurant is in the Forum Shops.
And we had an amazing view of the strip.
{Dinner was delicious. I had to take a quick one of Sean's meal which is the reason for the complete blurriness. It's a big deal to get a picture of Sean's meal. I'm serious.}
After dinner, we walked around the strip and went home and watched Ted. Yes, we watched a movie on vacation. Who just called us old? Not nice.
I for one can't see a time for the foreseeable future that photos and stories of Las Vegas will bore me Faith so I'm glad to hear one final one is coming up! These photos are awesome, the view from the Stratosphere looks absolutely incredible and I'm jealous that you guys had the chance to see something so awesome, your outfits look fabulous as usual too Faith!
ReplyDeleteGreat outfits in this post!
ReplyDeleteI think that necklace is really pretty!
I vote for vacation monthly, too.

I love that aztec print tank top! Great recap - I didn't do a HUGE one for my latest trip (surprise surprise, it was also to Las Vegas) and I think I may regret it a bit too :)
ReplyDeleteIf only he had caught your dance moves!! :)
ReplyDeleteI think you should recap about Disney. Mainly because I want to live vicariously through you because I've never been there. And because I love your vacation pics. So get on it!
I lovvve Vegas. And for the record, I am all about extended updates about trips. I am still working on my summer trips. You've got to do it right!
ReplyDeleteForever and a day ago I went on the roller coaster (when it existed) on top of the Stratosphere. I could *never* do those new rides though. Oh my. My palms get sweaty just looking at them. Haha!
You look gorgeous in all these photos. Now I want a martini!

p.s. We are going to Disneyworld in January. It is my first time to Florida. Soo if you ever posted a few photos I wouldn't cry ;) Or maybe just told me what I can't miss? No pressure! xo
You've made me want to go to Vegas SO bad! Seriously, every single one of your outfits was FLAWLESS. I've said it 87 times but just one more....I WANT your necklaces! You have so many pretty ones! And you always style them so well. A movie on vacation doesn't make y'all old...especially since you were so hip eating sushi and all :). Great pictures!!
ReplyDeleteGirly your luggage must have weighed a ton with all the clothes you packed ;) I was "over" by 3 lbs. but they let me slide. THANK GOD!!!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe Sean rode that ride!! Just seeing the pic makes me want to vomit. Yikes
I love that pic of you with the martini glass and red lipstick, gorgeous! Vacation is all about doing whatever you want, glad you did just that and had a grand ole time!
ReplyDeletei would like to go on vacation with you guys next time please! :) love the long blue necklace!
ReplyDeleteLook at you rockin' all of those outfits! So pretty! When Garrett and I went to Vegas we stayed at Stratosphere, which is a pretty crappy hotel, but we never did ride the rides at the top. They looked scary! I love your Vegas recaps, I have to travel vicariously through someone!
