Thank you all so much for the well wishes and comments on my last few posts. They mean a lot to the both of us. OK, now let's get back to regular programming ;).
Last weekend, Sean's best friend Lucas and his wife Danielle visited us. It was our first time hosting guests in PA and let's just say we were beyond thrilled to have them. You don't realize how much you miss your friends until you see them in person. I have a feeling I'll go crazy with happiness when I see Colleen very soon.
They arrived Friday night and we took them out to dinner and then drove around to show them the area. Granted it was rather dark so I'm wondering how much they actually saw.
On Saturday, Sean had a rugby game. They won again. They are doing so well this season. I didn't take too many pictures at the rugby game because I was too busy catching up with Danielle. After each game the team has a drink-up with the other team and we eat and have drinks.
{The guy on the right is Sean's new boss. He is also on the rugby team but he isn't playing right now since he was hurt a few games ago. What are the chances? Anyway, they are the sweetest couple}
After the drink-up we went back to our place to get ready for the night. We took them to the casino and Luke won $150.00. After, we went to Applebees (Luke's favorite, I think I've mentioned that here a few times) and hung out until 12:30.
Danielle and I were tired but Sean and Luke still wanted to continue to hang out so we went home and they stayed out. I guess, they miss each other :). We attempted watching a movie but we were asleep within 30 minutes.
The next morning we googled the closest bagel place and went to grab bagels and coffee. It was funny but we ended up at a college bagel place and we felt like we fit right in. I didn't feel old at all ;).
It was such a fun weekend and I was really sad to see them go. I'm getting excited for our next visitor.
