Seattle: Antiques at Pike Place

Every time I come across an antique shop I have to take a look around.
I don't think I've ever bought anything because each time I have no idea what I'm looking for.

There are so many neat things to be found but I think the next time I go I have to go with an objective because I took pictures of all the things I loved but once again did not check out with anything.

The truth of the matter is that although I liked these things I really do not have a need for any of them.
But I'm determined to one day walk inside an antique shop and check out with something.
Just a little something to add to my bucket list.

I love those old chandeliers! I hope to put one in a girls room, if we ever have one. haha

We go antiquing every now and then, and I feel like a failure when I don't walk away with anything. I'm so darn picky. haha

I love that typewriter!!! Such cool things. It is fun just to browse even if you never buy a thing.

I love antiques! I hope to have a house with plenty of vintage goodies in it, but it's always fun to look around:)

I love antique shops too but also never buy anything. I think I just get too overwhelmed by all the options. ;-)

I don't recall ever going to an antique shop, but I see that's all about to change. I saw too many nice things there. I loved every one of those chandeliers and that china was just so pretty.

I love antiques. You couldve bought that sign "I always knew it would be you", or did it come with the tin soldier? Are those shoes or do they serve another purpose? I loooove the dishes/china. BTW, I'm an antique!!!

There were way too many things I died over!

1. The cameras
2. The Popeye lunch box! (Yes, I would rock that to this day!)
3. The typewriter!!!!!!!!!!

I think I would go crazy in a place like that.

As always, love the photos.

Lol...I do the same thing at antique shops! I just "know" I'll find something so I have to go but somehow, I never do.
Love those lunch boxes! Brings back memories. I likely would have gotten one of those :-).

I've never been into antiques.. could be because I've never been in a store for them. Those glasses were nice though, I'd bring those home.

The Chandeliers are gorgeous! I actually did typewriting at school so that was nice to see again.

I've never antiqued, like you I don't know what I would do with any of those items. However, I've always found antiques so intriguing. The pictures you took are amazing! I fell in love with that typewriter. I would probably walk out of the store with that, and then base an entire room's decor around it. GORG!!

Love going to antique shops! We have quite a few in our little uptown. I found some things for Charlotte's nursery.
