When I advised people (that basically means mostly bloggers) I was going to San Antonio, the first thing everyone said was that I could not leave San Antonio without checking out The Riverfront. When Sean said that was his plan for my first day I knew that this meant he was told the same thing. It was beautiful. I love to see people hang outdoors during the warmer weather because everyone just looks happier.
If I didn't know that the "comfortable" weather in Texas is 90 degrees I seriously wouldn't mind living here but 90 degrees! Yeah, I don't think I would make it. Funnily, Sean would tell me on the phone how warm it was and how there was no rain since he's been in Texas and of course I get there and it rains, (not a crazy amount) thunders and was pretty cool in temperature. Jen told me she appreciated the rain I brought with me from PA. You're welcome Texas ;).
I'm going to stop here because that's already picture overload but y'all already know how I do. A lot more to come!
Smiles are a lot easier to come by during the warmer months than when you're trudging through snow in the blistering cold.
I'm still uncertain whether my hair loved San Antonio or hated it. I think she mostly hated it.
We decided we wanted to be extra touristy and do the boat ride and I'm so glad we did it because we were able to see all of it. At least, I think it was all of it. Our tour guide gave us information about the buildings around us but of course I can't remember much of it. Boo to me.I'm still uncertain whether my hair loved San Antonio or hated it. I think she mostly hated it.

Love everything in this post: I've been to the Riverwalk many a time! On your boat tour, did they show you the spots where "Selena" and "Miss Congeniality" were filmed? Fun little tidbits! And of course, the Mexican food... YUMMM! 90 degrees is warm here, but wait until it gets in the TRIPLE digits. Whew!

Haha, I live in AL and 90 degrees in summer is pretty normal unfortunately. You do get used to it though. There are days where it gets up to 100 and if people ask me to walk to another building at work, I'm like no....
