We bought a house!!!!

OMGoodness!!! I cannot begin to explain how excited we are! We had a number in our minds that we just refused to go over and so of course our first number we knew the seller wouldn't accept but we offered it anyway. He wanted more than that. Our 2nd offer was the number we wouldn't go over and the seller accepted!! Seriously, we were dying waiting to find out if the seller accepted! It makes you sooo anxious when you are waiting for your realtor to call you to let you know where you stand! But in the end, we got the best news ever!

I was sooo excited that I forgot to take pictures of our new home. The next time we go, I promise to upload some pictures. I am so excited to decorate and paint! I can finally paint the walls!!! I finally feel like a grown up, lol! =)

We close on the 8th and when the inspection and apraisal go well (God's Willing) .... well we'll be good to go!!! :)
