The following morning we had breakfast at Sao Paulo Cafe which is located in the Rio. Without fail, I ordered a Belgian waffle with strawberries on top and whipped cream on the side. This is my go to breakfast every time I go on vacation. I just love it but I'm too lazy to actually make Belgian waffles on the regular. They were so delicious and I was tempted to order another serving. Sean ordered "fancy" Eggs Benedict but as you can see I was unable to get a picture which was OK with me because I hate the way they look. He said it was tasty but I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.

After breakfast, we headed to the pool again and relaxed for several hours.
{A couple asked Sean to take their picture. He agreed and proceeded to almost drop their camera. Thank God for great reflexes}
I probably should mention that I had the phone interview this day and was feeling confident that I was going to have a phone call the following day setting up an in person interview.
After the pool, we got ready for the night. We had dinner and then spent the remainder of the night at the craps and roulette table. We didn't have a big win but we left a little richer.

We also decided that evening to make a reservation at one of the hotels on the strip. We were missing the strip. We decided on the Flamingo and were checking in the next day.

You put together some of the cutest outfits! I'm digging that leather skater skirt. I can't find one that I love. Problem with being picky. Le sigh.

You are the most best dressed person I know! I think you and Sean have like the best marriage ever (I sound like I'm 5...), but you two are always out and doing SOMETHING, and seem to get along famously (yes I know you too probably have your squabbles), but from this side of the screen, I love that you two are not only married but are each others best friend and greatest supporters.

My sister loves eggs Benedict and I think it's disgusting!! Eew. French Toast is always my go to. That black skirt is adorable! So glad sean didn't drop that camera. I've always had this fear of doing that or having that done to our camera. Actually, funny story-Mj dropped my BFF'S camera that way and broke it the night they met. She hooked us up so I met him a few weeks later. Good thing she didn't hold that against him!
